What is my definition of a special event? As 'Catalyst Video Productions', it is my desire to capture any kind of event on tape for a client. Lets say you have an anniversary coming with 50 or more guests. Or perhaps a birthday party. Even a documentary of some sort. Anything that requires capturing onto High Definition video, and edited to a presentation format can pretty much constitute a 'special event'. These prices do not include weddings.

Satisfaction guaranteed. Loaner DVD copy provided when done for client to 'approve'. Once approved, full payment is required for 'official' copies to be available. If approval copy isn't even close to what you wanted, there is no further financial obligation on client's part minus the $100 deposit. With that said, I will do whatever I can to provide you with a perfect final product.

Special event Video Costs:

Prices good through end of 2011

$250/half day of actual 'on location' video capturing with 1 camera.*

$250/half day for additional cameras.**

$50/hr of actual sit down editing time if multiple cameras are used

$50/tape if you want copies of raw tapes of event captured

*Half day equals 4 hours including set up and tear down time.

**The use of multiple cameras can significantly increase the quality of any event captured.  When one camera needs to reposition, or if the camera shot becomes blocked for any reason, we can switch to the second camera easily in editing.  Please consider adding a second camera for a better end product.
