Catalyst Video Productions understands that there are
situations, and circumstances beyond your control, that may delay or
cancel your wedding. Typically a deposit paid to us is a
Non-Refundable deposit, and we would like to explain why.We are a
small business, desiring to provide excellent wedding videos.
When you book us, you are reserving our equipment, our trusted
videographers, and our promise that we will capture your day to the
quality that we are known for. And when someone else is
inquiring of our services on your day, we tell them that we are
booked, and otherwise committed*. If you need to cancel our
services on your wedding day, then potentially we have lost 2
clients.
In the event that you do need to delay our services to another
day, it is of course subject to our availability on the new wedding
day.
In the event that you need to cancel our services for your wedding
day, then the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel
our services within 30 days of your scheduled wedding, then the
entire balance owed to us will be due, as per the contract agreed
upon.
