What I'm talking about when I say, 'Life video', is just this: A collection of still pictures, and moving pictures
put together, and placed onto a DVD or VHS media. Then, that person will watch the collection of memories, and
narrate what is being seen...having the pictures and images come to life in a powerful and sentimental way. That
narration is then added to the final video presentation.
What might this service cost?
Perhaps you know someone who has lived a long, good life...full of experiences and stories! This service can allow
that person to communicate those stories, narrating over the pictures and video, allowing friends and family to
share those experiences for decades to come.
How does the process work?
First, I begin with the best still pictures that you have relating to the stories
you want to tell. I scan them, and digitize them for my computer. I will then move to any home movies you might
have...any format...transferring them to my computer. Once all the pictures are collected (still and moving), I
will organize them in the order you want. Next, we'll come together, and I will video tape you telling your stories,
and commenting on the pictures that are before you. Finally, I'll combine the pictures, and video, with your narration,
onto VHS or DVD for you to keep, and/or to share with friends and family.
Hopefully, you understand the process enough to understand that this can not be accomplished in a day. This process
can take from a week, to a month to bring it all together. The cost of this project must be weighed against the
opportunity to keep memories forever.
